My name is Guillermo. I'm the owner of La Michoacána and I am from Mexico State, Mexico. I have worked in the food industry for about 30 years. My journey in life had me working in factories, landscaping, construction, etc., but I always go back to the kitchen. I wanted to give the people a taste of the food that I grew up with, and now I can do exactly that. It's been a great journey, and I will continue to do my best for the people. My neighbors, community, and fellow PNW inhabitants have shown a great response, and I thank you all.
